I'd speculate that the problem is much more likely with the author of
the article than with the people surveyed, but I guess there's no way to
know for sure.

I'm _assuming_ they're just talking about web exploits in general...

I am, too.  However, it bugs me that our colleagues know so little about
the threats 
that they would seriously answer a question that way.

(What bugs me even more is that somebody was stupid enough to *write*
the 
questions that way in the first place ...)
