It does sound like a very interesting idea in general... at least in theory.
But the devil is in the details... They are not the first one to think of
this...
There's a reason why there hasn't been a successful implementation
of the idea yet. It's a bit like neural networks and intrusion detection
systems.
It's not the same thing, of course, but there are some similarities when
it comes to turning an idea into a workable solution...
