Excellent point. Take out the murders related to the illegal
trafficking of drugs and our murder rate would probably drop to a
world-wide average.

Even better - take out the drugs-related murders, the domestic murders, 
the robbery-related murders and the murders for all other motives, and 
your murder rate drops to the very desirable rate of  ... ZERO.

If you count the tail as a leg, how many legs does a dog have?
