Actually, I think we had a case of backhoe degradation this morning: the entire 
downtown core of Vancouver was down for pretty much the whole morning.  
(Suspiciously, there was a burst watermain and large sinkhole over the hols, so I'm 
thinking that's the culprit, but there is also a lot of construction in the area at the 
moment.)
