Destroying PCs is for kids.
This senator should be concerned if malware damages human beings - AFAIK "short" ads are illegal.

Whilst this seems a little off-topic, having the US government blowing up
your PC (without "due process" by the looks of it) makes other security
holes pale into insignificance.
