Shawn, I fail to see your correlation. If they used those weapons without
just cause then yes, of course, it would violate the constitution. That's
why we have that nice thing called due process in the first place.

What an asinine statement.  They have weapons that will destroy your
body, too; does that violate the Constitution?

Get back to me about our government when you guys repeal the Official
Secrets Act, m'kay?
