Maybe you should upgrade from Exchange 5.5 to 2000. We have had people
using Outlook 2003 client and OWA with Exchange 2000 for several months
without incident.

Exchange 5.5/IIS problem... According to Microsoft Technical Support,
Outlook Web Access (OWA) has problems with (of all things..) Outlook
2003. If any
user accesses their mailbox using the Outlook 2003 client even once
and
then uses OWA, it will cause IIS on the OWA server to stop working.

The only current workaround for this issue is to not use Outlook
2003.

Anyone else seen this behavior?
