And, add top that the taps that many governments wish to install in all
provider NOC's. And the global listening for telecom project (forgot the
name). And the Total Information Awareness program. And the attempts to 
outlaw real encryption. And the attempts to outlaw open source. And tons 
I cannot think of from the top of my hat :>)
