Hi,

I can recommend you Zorp, as a proxy firewall. It's GPLed, but cou can
find a commercial version of it too. You can download it from:
www.balabit.hu/downloads a mailing list is also available for technical
disscussions. Feel free to ask!
Or you can have it in debian/sid.

It has proxies for HTTP, FTP, TELNET, FINGER, WHOIS, SSL, PLUG (generic).

And it has modular design, so you can combine the proxy modules (HTTP+SSL
= HTTPS)

bye,

Marci

Hello gurus!!

I have to implement a non-commercial proxy firewall
solution and I've found about FWTK and T.REX. I see
that FWTK is a bit outdated but might do the trick.
T.REX seems much more powerful..

any experiences, advices, ideas?

Javi
