I always deploy firewalls as routers, so the following is theoretical.

Netscreen and Lucent both have bridge mode capable firewalls. I don't think 
the Netscreen can NAT in bridge mode, though. I prefer the Netscreen 
technology in general, but both Lucent and Netscreen have new software 
coming out RSN with Cool New Stuff (tm), which I'd describe, but I'd be 
nibbled to death by lawyers for violating my NDAs. ;-)
