Perhaps I am just looking at this the wrong way, but can anyone think of a way to run multiple instances of BIND on a multi homed box and have one version of BIND bind to each interface ?
Use bind-8 with different config files per instance and specify 'listen-on x.x.x.x' in the options section of the config files. see http://www.isc.org/bind8/config.html -- Kees Hendrikse | email: kees () echelon nl | web: www.echelon.nl ECHELON consultancy and software development | phone: +31 (0)53 48 36 585 PO Box 545, 7500AM Enschede, The Netherlands | fax: +31 (0)53 43 36 222
