Providing new users their AD login credentials

How is your institution initially providing new users their AD credentials?

We are currently revising our strategy for this and attempting to utilize Workflows in Feith. However, we seem to have 
hit a limitation with Feith on it sending authenticated versus unauthenticated. We are an O365 email shop, running in 
Hybrid mode for on premise AD, and hoping that we can identify a method to use O365 encryption for this task.
