In a recent EDUCAUSE QuickPoll, a majority of CIOs told us that their institutions are planning to continue supporting
remote work<https://er.educause.edu/blogs/2021/1/educause-quickpoll-results-post-pandemic-plans-for-remote-work>
following the pandemic. As institutions prepare for some of their IT staff to work remotely on a more permanent basis,
privacy issues should be central to that planning.

In this QuickPoll, EDUCAUSE is exploring the technologies and practices remote employees use to protect workplace and
personal privacy in the remote work environment.
