Good afternoon,
Picking up on the recent thread on “student systems and NIST 800-171” and affirmative responses to join a “Working
Group”, I’d like to invite you all to join our the HEISC Governance, Risk, and Compliance Community Group.

https://www.educause.edu/community/heisc-governance-risk-and-compliance-community-group (use Join/Leave button)

The group meets monthly on the third Tuesday, 3-4 pm ET (12-1 pm PT). The next call is on 2/16/21 at 3pm EST
Zoom links are provided in advance of the call to group participants.

This community group is the where a “Working Group” would be formed, working groups are time bound and have specific
deliverables.

Please feel free to contact our group leaders or myself with any questions you have,

Brian
