Good morning Amanda,

Our IT Service Desk issues the first token.  If an individual loses/destroys the token they can be issued a new token 
for a small fee; this is the documented process, since we’re very early in the “issue tokens” phase we haven’t had to 
exercise collecting fees.

I like the responses regarding “outsourcing” tokens to the Bookstore.

For the folks who provide the tokens, what happens when someone loses it?  Do you make them pay for a replacement or do 
you just replace it for them?

We have about 1% of our population of 10,000 users who use them.



It is interesting though, of the students who needed it 100% was because of old incompatible phones.  Of the 
staff/faculty 90% was because of privacy concerns.



I think it is very telling of our changing customer base (generational).

I am just curious to know the percentage (%) of users that utilize the hardware-token as a method of authentication in 
your DUO MFA environment. We have some users who already presented reluctance to install DUO in their personal cell 
phones as we are deploying DUO MFA in our network.
