I'll second filelocker as a means to share files securely.  However, the
2nd and 3rd requirements will be difficult to impossible to provide in
anything even remotely like a normal desktop environment.

Jerry,

I'm not sure if this meets all of your requirements, but definitely 1
& 4.  We've been having a lot of luck with filelocker2, which was
developed at Purdue University.

It has been really catching on here, and people are using it for all
types of things.  The price is right and it is easy to evaluate, anyway.

Thanks,

    I am looking for a file sharing app that have the following
    requirements:

      * Timed availability (e.g. file available for 7 days)
      * Disable printing
      * Disable screenshot
      * Access lists to be set via document owner

    Files to be shared would be private, but not privileged.
    Vendor responses accepted - please send to me offline.

    Thanks for the help!
