Good Afternoon, I require all university faculty and staff to take Cybersecurity awareness training on an annual basis. We kick off our training month to coincide with National Cyber Security Awareness Month (NCSAM) in October. At a minimum, faculty and staff are required to complete a now 45 minute cyber security module and a 20 minute FERPA module. I am moving toward shorter modules this fall and role specific training. Our platform is from KnowBe4. I utilize it to do our training, conduct regular phishing campaigns, USB drive drops, and more. They also have posters and newsletter, both of which we utilize. The platform also offers other types of training, such as HR and Title IX related materials. Both our HR Director and Title IX officer are onboard with the training programs offered in the platform Please let me know if you have questions or need additional information.
