We haven't done one (yet - it's in the works). A resource we're going to
use heavily is the National Cyber Security Awareness Month Resource Kit:

Note the dash at the end of the word "awareness", that dash is
important!

The resource kit has links to several institutions that have done
awareness campaigns.
