Hi Amanda,

We hold the contest every other year. The 2013 contest has wrapped up
(winners were announced in April): http://www.educause.edu/svc

The next contest deadline will most likely be March 2015; planning will
begin in early 2014.

Some campuses hold their own student video or poster contest in the fall
to coincide with NCSAM. Any of those submissions would be eligible for our
next contest (as long as they are still enrolled as a college or
university student).

If you have any additional questions, please let me know!

Thank you,
Valerie

Hi Jennifer,
Several others on this list have pointed out some of the awareness
materials that EDUCAUSE has collected over the years in our NCSAM
Resource Kit
(https://wiki.internet2.edu/confluence/display/itsg2/NCSAM+Resource+Kit)
and Cybersecurity Awareness Resource Library
(https://wiki.internet2.edu/confluence/display/itsg2/Cybersecurity+Awarene
ss+Resource+Library). And any of the winning posters and videos from our
recent student contests are available for use in educational campaigns:
https://www.facebook.com/VideoPosterContest.

Also, you may want to consider visiting NCSA's website for additional
National Cyber Security Awareness Month resources if you are looking to
hold this campaign in October:

For year-round efforts, you can take advantage of the Stop.Think.Connect.
Campaign, which provides free resources:

Campaign

Good morning,

We have identified employee training and awareness as one of the areas we
want to improve on, particularly around privacy and security of personal
information (which is governed by privacy laws here in Vancouver, BC).

We have decided to do some sort of Poster & Sticker Campaign to help
raise awareness and I was wondering if anyone had done something similar
and wouldn¹t mind sharing what worked, what didn¹t, lessons learned, etc.

I look forward to hearing your storiesŠ.

Thanks,
Jen
