Contract Position

We are looking to hire someone for a 15 week contract position this summer
to help out, and I was wondering if any other institutions had suggestions
for the best way to procure an individual to fill this type of position?
Suggestions regarding consulting firms that assist with this type of hiring
would be very helpful. The position would be as a Security Analyst, with the
expectation of skills like that of a security swiss-army-knife: incident
handling, security system monitoring, forensics (possibly), and other
"typical" security duties.
