We recently rolled out Accellion Secure Collaboration - easy Dropbox-style file sharing and collaboration solution. Accellion Secure Collaboration provides fine-grained role-based access controls, integrates with Active Directory services, provides built-in AV protection, and gives us the logging and management features. Our internal and external users are able to review, comment, upload, and download files, get real-time notifications and track file versions. In addition, our users are able to create nested workspaces with as many folders and files as required, and invite individuals internal and external to Harvard to share files securely. Accellion Secure Collaboration provides a secure and auditable solution for our professors, researchers and administrative staff's collaboration with other universities and organizations. I hope this helps.
