Interest in SANS LEG523 class?

Greetings,

I am trying to see if there is enough interest to hold a SANS LEG523 -
Law of Data Security and Investigations class in October/November 2012.

I took this class 3 years ago and I still reference the textbooks,
especially the discussion about wiretap laws.  There is something for
just about everybody in this class --  Thinking about cloud security,
you will need the section about contract law and e-discovery; run a
sniffer or intrusion detection system, you should think about wiretap
laws; do you have a computer forensics team, Day 4 is for you!  We all
think that legal issues makes for dry material but there was enough
current information and discussions about the current cases that I
never found the class dull.
