It depends. That class is supposed to become available via SANS OnDemand ETA around 7/31/12, in which case you could 
get it for $1000 through the REN-ISAC bulk deal. Historically, the SANS community program has not enjoyed quite such a 
generous discount.

Meaningful in-person interaction with the instructor could be worth a lot, but your institution might not want to pay 
the premium.
