We don't have a drop off service any more.  We'll provide help to students so they can fix their machine, but, we don't 
fix it for them.  Staff have local tech support when they have issues.

 Since we are on the policy bandwagon, quick question.

If a student/faculty/staff need to drop off their computer,  do you have local
admin access?  If not, do you ask for their pword and then reset it (when the
work is completed)?

The student computers are not college-owned but the facstaff computers
are....
