We're interested in knowing what other universities do for user identity management.


1)      Do you use a commercial software package and if so, what is the package?

2)      Is it centralized?

3)      How many people are needed to support it?

4)      How many and what type of authentication and directory systems are used (i.e. LDAP, AD, Shibboleth, Kerberos)?
