At first I thought the article was serious - then I read the above.
Excellent piece of stinky bait for fishing those that take that kind
of rubbish seriously.

And it probably helps if I don't hit "send" instead of "save".

The article, in its entirety, is actually a good one, with several
really *good* tips that are based around understanding the user and
what they expect in a modern, "wired" company - which is, really, what
the forty-some-odd posts in this thread have all basically been about.
