ADMT should bring the passwords over fine from any NT4 or better domain. Are
there any errors you're getting?

As far as how fast it runs, do you have ADMT touching every machine? That
will take quite a while.

Subject: [SECURITY] Active Directory Migration Tools

This is a combination Sysadmin / Security question.

We are trying to migrate our Active Directory to a new domain and server.
The Active Directory Migration Tool (ADMT) provided by Microsoft is running
very slow and not bringing over the passwords.

Do any of you know a tool that will allow us to migrate the userid's and
passwords or extract and import the userid's and passwords from the old to
the new system?
