  We are planning a similar migration that will happen next year.  We did a webex demo of Priasoft's Migration suite 
(http://www.priasoft.com/) and I have to say that we were very impressed.  We are in the process of getting an 
evaluation for our dev environment.

This is a combination Sysadmin / Security question.

We are trying to migrate our Active Directory to a new domain and server. The Active Directory Migration Tool (ADMT) 
provided by Microsoft is running very slow and not bringing over the passwords.

Do any of you know a tool that will allow us to migrate the userid's and passwords or extract and import the userid's 
and passwords from the old to the new system?
