I've had %100 success w/ Combofix with that particular virus although it
may take someone with a tad bit of computing knowledge if memory serves.

Just an FYI, Combofix will clean up most versions of WinAntivirus in my
experience. Both are good tools.

I have used it a couple of times and it was the only software that I
could get to remove Anti-Virus 2009.  That is the extent of my use.
