Data Retention Policies

Hello All,

I am wondering if you would be willing to share your school*s Data
Retention Policies with me.

We are currently drafting / revising our formal policy and would
appreciate examples and input.

I am most interested in how long your institution keeps the following
data:

DHCP logs
E-mail
Network access logs
System logs
