Survey: DMCA and network bandwidth policy/practices

We've recently been struggling with our policy and procedures related
to DMCA complaints and network bandwidth. I've heard from colleagues
that some other schools are having the same problem, so I'm hoping to
collect some peer data to help us all come to the right conclusions.
