Correction ref. cyber-squatters (doesn't include .EDU)

My mistake.  There isn't any squatting that I know
of on .EDU    The list I included was a copy-paste
from a different Email.

Sorry if I created any alarm.

Please let me know how your institution is dealing
with cyber-squatters
