These same people also use the names of many other colleges and universities.
There is a procedure to challenge cyber-squatters, but the phenomenon
continues to exist. We are interested in assessing whether the damage done
by these people is worth the expense of challenging them or purchasing some
or all variations on our name.

Note that if your school has any sort of trademark claim on 'mscd', you
really don't have any choice but to chase after them, lest you end up
where Linoleum did, and Xerox and Q-tips and Kleenex would like to avoid
ending up (thus the herd of lawyers they employ to warn people who use their
brand name as a generic name...)
