This may not help you today...
We are in the midst of a conversion from heavy to lightweight APs Cisco
LWAPP style...
and I am very impressed with their location tracking server.

Hi, All! We had a report of a stolen laptop today, and we think we
have
found it associated with an AP in a residence hall. If our public
safety folks started going door-to-door in that building, it would not
only look bad, but I'm sure the machine would go quiet very quickly.
We
have used Net Stumbler in the past to detect rogue AP's. Does anyone
have a similar tool that you can put a MAC address into and trace its
signal source?

Thanks!

- Charlie
