Here at Keystone College we use a logon message to display such a policy.  It is assigned to all our computers using 
Group Policy and it has helped when confronting a person that is not following our policy.  It is hard to for anyone to 
say, "I did not know the policy on computer use."

Has any other institution put a disclaimer during the logon process?  One that states the computer and network is a 
University asset and must abide by its policies?
