Since farming our ResNet off to TimeWarner Cable (TWC) 2 years ago,
we've received _0_ DMCA complaints.

TWC has no information about who is in the dorm room, and has to contact
our CCO (who won't reveal the identity of the student without a legally
obligating document), but will educate the student. Of course this is
all theory, as we've yet to get one. :)
