GAO Peer2Peer survey

Has anybody on the list had the opportunity to address the GAO survey

The GAO had to send your institution the survey invitation.

If so, perhaps you could share any speculation of the source cause
for this survey.  My guess is that lobbying of Congress is
at the root of a new direction in DMCA direction.
