 It looks real.  Defend your deliverability!

 You can sign up for the AOL SCOMP reports to get the up-to-date
complaints their members submit.  Be pepared for lots of processing.

On that note, can anyone suggest a good SCOMP/SpamCop/etc
filtering/ticketing solution that works for them?

You can also find out from other sources whether there are unreported
hosts on your network which are spam zombies or open relays.  Start with

    Report on domain:  NODAK.EDU
