It is signed, there is a noticeable delay when opening the properties for
the network install, and explorer.exe talks to a server to verify the
certificate.  After 10 seconds or so the Properties window updates and a
Digital Signatures tab becomes available.  MS signed it, VeriSign
countersigned it.  

Hah.  "Countersignatures" don't exist in that digital signature
world.  True, the UI shows a countersignature.  Both
signatures appear to be valid, but I'm not sure what having
Verisign's timestamp CA sign something is supposed to mean.

openssl sha1 says the hash is 
33:a8:fe:f6:0d:48:ae:1f:2c:4f:ee:a2:71:11:af:5c:ec;a3;c4:f6

Oh, and the download page claims that downloads from other
sites are considered piracy by MS so you should all report the
bit torrent feeds you're using ;-)
