Thanks for the many replies, but this guy knows his stuff, so I cannot
really block him, and since it is wifi, I cannot follow a cable.

I already tried blocking his mac, but changing ones mac address is easy
and he knows it.

We would rather not block P2P since there are legal uses. I would rather
locate users that misuse the network and boot them off for good.

Best bets so far is using a FLUKE tricorder or a directional antenna and
Kismet. Or sniff his other traffic trying to identify him that way.
