the only bad part is that ISO standard cost money (cheap, but not free)

the ISO 27002 controls define a security framework, inclusive of all program 
controls (HR, DR, Physical sec...) but the network security controls are 
solid enough.

don't know what your objective is, but PCI will have better, specific 
controls to evaluate.
