Hi,
It is not a matter of if your organization should comply with ISO standards, or willing to follow ISO. If your 
organization has international connections and/or branches, it would become mandatory standard. So, it is not about 
advantages but rules how your security will be organized/managed and thus compliant to the standards in question.
