System Baseline and Tracking of Script Install of Application(s)

Hey everyone,

Do you know of an application that will do one of the following:
a) Generate a baseline system profile, install applications via a 
script, and then compare what was done to the system with the baseline 
profile?
b) Track all changes to a system while running?

Basically I need something that will track all changes on the Windows 
platform. This includes all files placed and where, all registry 
changes, all registered DLL's etc., and any other system changes.
