Not sure about your purpose (its real time monitoring of your firewalls ?)
but seems like your below 
requirements can be meet only by SIEM tools like Arcsight, Nitro, Envision
e.t.c.

But implementing SIEM and also getting good analysts is too expensive. All
depends on your security budget.
