What about http://www.offensive-security.com/resources/videos/? Some are

Thanks for all the replies!

I went through all the sites you had recommended over the last couple of
days. Here is my analysis:

1. SecurityTube ( http://www.securitytube.net ) - found this to be the best
as it has over 400 videos ranging from security tools, networking and
security basics, conference videos, security programming, etc. The best
thing is most of the videos actually teach something, instead of just a
hacking demo with loud background music. I loved this site!

2. IronGeek ( http://www.irongeek.com ) - Very nice and informative! All the
videos are very well made! I wish there were programming videos here just
like in SecurityTube

3. Hak5 (http://www.hak5.org/category/episodes) - Very nice but I wish there
was more content packed into every episode. This also has more of tool demos
only.

3. The Academy Pro (http://www.theacademypro.com/video/) - Mostly security
product videos from various companies ... nice for a sys admin but not too
useful if you wanna get started with security

4. Milw0rm (http://www.milw0rm.com/video/) - Best exploit videos I have
seen. All the new ones make their way here.

Thanks again for helping me out!

Regards,

David
