[mobile phone] Received peculiar short messages from unreachable number

Hi list,
yesterday, at exactly 11pm, I received 4 short messages, which content I was not really able to read within the mobile
phone itself (Motorola SLVR L7). The phone only displayed an empty line.
With Motorola Phone Tools 4.0 I was able to get the SMS from the mobile phone on the computer and did see the following:

°?öö¸Ξ'?rV¹?Ô7Λ?·¨jw"é<á»\?Ö×Ç~2Km?6Í;ò?+aP'Dìð?¿Ýoߢ¥£¬?¢It¼?¼

(If special characters got lost, you can review the content of the messages here:

I don't actually know what it does, but it seems like a command to me and not a regular message.
The sender was the number +49 177 0610100. This appears to be a german cell phone number (I live in Germany). Though
you can call it, you get a "this number is not known to us". The network operator is the same as mine: E-Plus.

Hopefully someone knows something on either the phone number or the messages (or both).

If this message doesn't fit in here, please tell me so before deleting it.

Thanks in advance,
Thomas Schwarz
