I use NTRadmin,
We have extra functionality with the bots and A&M (alerts and monitoring). The actual version is very simply and with
good prices but I´m on beta program and the next version sounds very very good.
Regards.

Logmein runs over ssl, dont require port forward settings and the admin needs to auth twice, on your logmein account
and on machice (local or domain account) i suppose be the best service

Subject: Third party remote management

Our helpdesk is looking at some third party remote management tools
like Gotomypc and Logmein to remotely manage our road warriors. What
are some of the best practices for using these services? My initial
thought is to not allow these services as your network credentials are
being passed through their infrastructure (ie when you log into a
remote users laptop with your network admin creds) with no oversight.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Thanks
W
