Test Machines

Greetings All,

Are there any VM machines on can freely download that are setup as
generic or common machines, that one can use to keep one's skills sharp?

I recently had a pen test task and found I was rusty.
Not much practice or use lately.
So I'm looking to setup a VM machine and use it as a test/skills refresher?
