I've also been looking for a program like this, but I haven't found anything in my area (Nova Scotia, Canada).  My only 
option seems to be online programs, but I don't know how reputable they are (and I can't find any based in Canada, not 
that it really matters).  Can anyone help me with this?  How are the NSA-recommended programs viewed outside of the US?
