Has n-e-1 used http://www.passpack.com/info/home/ ? It looks
interesting concept, but little worried about letting a single 3rd
party maintain "all" my passwords.

As a matter of personal policy I don't allow anyone but me/my computer
to keep track of my passwords. I recommend Password Safe (Windows) /
My Password Safe (Linux) for the job.

I'v used to use password safe but now i'm using keepass. Password safe
is very good (made by Bruce Schneier) but sadly it wast as "advanced"
as I wanted.. KeePass is also secure, and it can be used in both
Windows and Linux..
